  Receptionist, Darlene is extremely rude. I was never going to bring this up until my experience today. My last visit, I signed in as I normally did. 30 minutes went by and Darlene did not acknowledge me or look at the sign in sheet. I finally walked back up to the window. Every time I've visited Darlene has appeared stressed and talks too much.
  Today I walked in and as I was looking for the sign in sheet, with out eye contact or "I'll be right with you" Darlene closed her window. I had to ask other patients if we sign in anymore. Darlene then opened her glass door, still on the phone and with an attitude as if Im an imposition says "it's by appointment only" I told her I never received a letter. She then proceeded to tell me they are booked for the week, closed next week and booked the following week. 2 other clients of theirs that I know well never received said letter notifying patients about no longer taking walk-ins. Not once did Darlene ask me if I would like to schedule or asking if I was ok. No patience and no customer service from her. FYI... even when you have an appointment there is still a sign in sheet. I love Dr. Clements but I cannot deal with Darlene anymore.
